Ketchup
Always at the least desirable time. Once I was in a nice restaurant and decided to shake the ketchup bottle because the contents had separated slightly. To my shock, after the second shake the top popped off (with an audible “pop”) and the (ageing, fermented) contents splashed all over, including sprinkling the guy in the booth behind me. The restaurant picked up our dry cleaning bills …
